Regulation 5: Ventilation

This regulation regulates ventilation at the workplace.

Compliance Obligations?

You must ensure ventilation in the workplace complies with the requirements of sub-regulation (1)(a) – (e). In order to ensure compliance you must conduct a ventilation survey.

Regulation 6: Housekeeping

This regulation regulates housekeeping on site.

Compliance Obligations?

Users of machinery must provide and maintain sufficient clear and unobstructed space at every machine to enable work to be carried out without danger to persons. You must ensure that you comply with the requirements of sub-regulation (2)(a) – (g).
