Compliance Obligations

You must ensure that follow the use the correct mechanisms to measure ambient air quality standards as pe the tables under sub regulation 3. A SANAS accredited laboratory must be used when testing the ambient air quality standards. An assessment of all ambient pollutant concentrations must be done as per section 5.2.1.3 of the National Framework for Air Quality Management in SA.
